  • 1 whole tilapia
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of flour
  • Oil
  • Salt

  • 1 ) To make fried tilapia, we must follow a few simple steps. We will start by washing the fish well and preparing the ingredients with which we will make its pasta.
  • 2 ) In a bowl or deep plate we will beat the egg. When it is beaten, we will add half a glass of water, a cup of flour and a teaspoon of salt. Stir well, until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • 3) In a large saucepan, where the fish is whole, we will add a drizzle of olive oil. While the oil is heating up in the pan, we will season the tilapia to taste, and then coat the fish with the previous preparation.
  • 4) When the oil in the pan is very hot, we will add the fish to fry it well on both sides. Once we have the fried tilapia, we will place it on a paper towel, before serving, to remove the excess oil.
  • 5) Our fried tilapia will be ready to serve with a salad or other garnish.
