- 1) Preheat the oven to brown. Grease the aluminum foil (to cover the pan) and combine the Parmesan, margarine, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Put the combination aside.
- 2) Season the fillets to taste with basil, bell pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Put them in the skillet and grill them for three minutes.

- 1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees C). Chop the crab, shrimp and mushrooms and brown them with butter and garlic. Add the softened Neufchâtel cheese, chicken broth and stir until cheese is melted.
