- WHITE FISH So while we used cod in these fish tacos, you can use tilapia, flounder or your favorite mild white fish.
- FISH TACO TUNING We combine paprika, cumin, chili powder and garlic for a homemade seasoning.
- FISH TACO SAUCE For the sauce, combine ranch dressing with sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and hot sauce. Ingredients for fish tacos Homemade coleslaw, diced tomatoes, avocado and Cotija or feta cheese are our favorite ingredients. Homemade guacamole is also a great idea.
- TORTILLAS- Use your favorite size flour tortillas. Note: the smaller the tortilla, the more tacos you will have. I usually buy the kids the smaller size, they are sure to enjoy them. - Assemble the fish tacos. Put the fish in a tortilla, top with coleslaw, salsa and toppings.
